IHC has helped increase the visibility of Air Miles, including building of the brand’s social media, with its Facebook page rising to over 11,000 users, without the use of Facebook ads. Also, with the importance of members and the consumer-facing nature of the brand there have been some important policy announcements, which IHC has supported from as a consultant from a reputation management perspective
