IHC was asked to drive online awareness and provide strategic consultancy for launch of UK-wide taxi booking service Taxicodes’ first app.
A digitally-focused campaign was created with emphasis on influencers across its core-target market – business travellers and holidaymakers. Blogger outreach and social media promotion were key to Taxicode’s strategy to reach its app download objectives.
Review of all communications strategies for Taxicode and a fully-integrated plan was created on the back of IHC’s audit and consultancy. New key messaging and strategic direction for future communications plans were adopted. The execution is ongoing and signs are consistent messaging and creative tactics are helping drive the app in the right direction as its user numbers grow nationwide.
