ABOUT THIS ROLE:
The Social Media & Digital Marketer serves as the lead creator across iHC’s expanding client base. We are seeking a creative, enthusiastic self-starter to develop, promote and execute social media content and digital marketing campaigns – including (but not limited to) content development, social community management and online advertising. This position will generate brand engagement and excitement in the digital space and requires someone who is comfortable working in a fast paced, team environment and is comfortable reaching out to and interacting with a variety of people.

Reporting to the Associate Director, the Digital Marketing Manager will execute marketing and creative projects across all platforms to enhance client delivery and drive growth.
Working closely with the communications team, this role will design and manage projects from conception to completion under tight deadlines.
They will lead and execute the digital and graphic design and implementation, client delivery and responsible for creativity, technology and quality used in daily posting, management and measurement of our various social media channels.
Additional responsibilities will include building and executing an ongoing social media strategy to support organisational objectives, creating reports and providing recommendations based on best practices.
The ideal candidate is detailed-oriented, an excellent communicator, thrives under pressure and has a proven track record of developing and executing effective marketing and social media campaigns.
Candidate must be a highly-organised self-starter with excellent time management skills and strong interpersonal skills.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Social media management & campaigns
Excellent written English
AdWords certified preferred
Agency experience preferred
Bachelor degree in graphic design or other field relevant to the role
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in graphic design, social media or related marketing/ communications role
Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects with tight deadlines
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Ability to succinctly communicate verbally and in a variety of media
Excellent grammar, spelling and proofreading skills a must
Digital marketing certification preferred
Social media specialist certification preferred
